Studio Policies

APPOINTMENTS

  • Some appointments require a deposit via credit card to book online and the balance of payment is due at the time of service

  • A Client Consent Form will be required for new services

LATE POLICY

  • Appointments will start and end at the specified time and the price will be due in full

CANCELLATIONS/Rescheduling

  • 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment is required

  • If less than 24 hours notice is given, a 50% charge for the missed or rescheduled appointment will be charged to the card on file

NO-SHOWS

  • You will forfeit any deposit and the remainder of the service cost will be charged to the card on file

CHILDREN/GUESTS

  • Sublime Lash Studio does not permit children or guests in the studio

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

  • If you are unhappy with your service, please contact the studio within 48 hours to receive a complimentary assessment/fix

  • All services are non-refundable
