Studio Policies
APPOINTMENTS
- Some appointments require a deposit via credit card to book online and the balance of payment is due at the time of service 
- A Client Consent Form will be required for new services 
LATE POLICY
- Appointments will start and end at the specified time and the price will be due in full 
CANCELLATIONS/Rescheduling
- 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment is required 
- If less than 24 hours notice is given, a 50% charge for the missed or rescheduled appointment will be charged to the card on file 
NO-SHOWS
- You will forfeit any deposit and the remainder of the service cost will be charged to the card on file 
CHILDREN/GUESTS
- Sublime Lash Studio does not permit children or guests in the studio 
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
- If you are unhappy with your service, please contact the studio within 48 hours to receive a complimentary assessment/fix 
- All services are non-refundable
